Housekeeping
Inspection Program
Do you know how clean your facility really
is? Is your in-house or outsourced staff meeting or exceeding
performance expectations?
Service
Reports Company will rate sanitation levels
to help you achieve a cleaner facility. We have worked extensively
with hospital administrators, hotel and restaurant operators,
and outsourced housekeeping firms to develop sophisticated
inspection procedures. These procedures comprise over 500
specific sanitation standards and can be tailored to fit any
size facility.
We participate with the facility in helping
to identify, state, and value cleanliness standards from the
Patient Perspective, Public Perspective, Staff Perspective,
and Employee Perspective.
Our reports highlight deficiencies and
outline areas that require attention. Managers and staff can
then correct these deficiencies to improve product, service
delivery, and ultimately guest satisfaction.
Quantifiable
Results!
Inspection results are calculated to rate the level of compliance
to standards. Point values are assigned for each standard,
and areas are weighted according to level of importance. The
results pinpoint areas that need improvement, and scores are
tracked to show progress. Individual attendant performance
is also monitored to boost accountability, and their scores
are linked to reviews and wage increases.
